HEAD OF UK FINTECH

FinTech UK are ideally looking for three new hires to join their team. 

The division has had consistent growth for the last 4 years, with around 20% growth in new business over the last 12 months. 

Today they support 63 clients and roughly 140 live positions, split across 13 unique financial technology sectors. Their success can be linked to a rich and historic network of relationships, and deep foundations with tier one investment banking clients - primarily based in London districts.

What are we looking for… Who are you?

You are a confident, professional individual.

Well presented, articulate, passionate about taking ownership over your career in recruitment…

And accountable for its success! You are money motivated, driven by goals like holidays and home ownership - ambitious and humble, without being arrogant. 

Your career to-date will demonstrate longevity and loyalty (min. 2+ years in previous roles). You ideally have a background in sales, although not essential.

 

What’s more important is your capacity for common sense, the abilities to qualify and comprehend complex technical subjects, strong people skills and a commercially aware, problem-solving approach to work.

What we offer?

  • £21-26,000 basic salary DOE - plus an uncapped, achievable commission structure
