Why B2B sales people succeed as technology recruiters?
Capabilities that define a great salesperson are often seen in recruiters that overachieve, particularly those that revere a sales process with added value.
However, where ‘added value’ in B2B sales could be a cost-saving initiative or innovative improvements to legacy systems, in recruitment you have the potential to make an impact that’s both career forming, and life-changing.
